Thanks, Ian and Jack! This is a very interesting annotated bibliography, with a great variety of sources and approaches (even John Oliver!) It looks great, except for two small things to correct: #3 in the first list should give a url or other information so that it can be found and read; and #5 in the second list appears to be about BC, but your annotation says that it is about the US. Thanks for this good work!
